Pressure Filter
• Type: Frame-type pressure filter and box-type pressure filter
• Work process
1.Compression stage: The hydraulic system drives the compression plate, pressing all the filter plates tightly together to form a sealed filter chamber.
2. Feed material filtration: The feed pump injects the ceramic slurry into the filter chamber. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged, while the solid particles gradually accumulate in the filter chamber to form a filter cake.
3. Pressing stage (optional): Compressed air/water can be introduced into the diaphragm filter plate to conduct a second pressing on the filter cake, thereby further reducing the moisture content.
4. Mud Cake discharging stage: Release the filter plate, and the automatic plate-retracting mechanism will sequentially pull out the filter plates. The cake will fall off due to its own weight, completing one cycle.
